White Friday

Everybody can have "Black Friday."
I got to experience "White Friday" with my niece, Amy.

Five women went wedding dress shopping.

Amy tried on some gorgeous dresses.

As long as they didn't have any sequins.  (She's kind of a sequin snob.)  I suppose sequins are the trashy little plastic sisters to real crystal beads.

Sequin snob or not, Amy was a good sport about trying on so many dresses... even some she wasn't interested in - just because her mom, sister, grandma or aunt wanted to see them on her.

The dresses were stunning.

The price tags were astounding.

The bride-to-be was beautiful.

  1. I'm so happy for Amy!! The dresses are beautiful.

  2. Ahhhhhh- how sweet! Such a girlie thing to bond over! How fun for all of you! CONGRATS TO AMY! How awesome that her auntie was there with her camera too! She'll cherish the remembrance of that day especially because it was caught on film... or .... well, you know what I mean.

Lemon tree very pretty, and the lemon flower is sweet-
But the fruit of the poor lemon is impossible to eat.
